Return / Refund Policy

Return/Exchange Eligibility:
  • Time Frame: Products can be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.
  • Condition of the Product: The product must be sealed and accompanied by all original packaging, accessories, free items, and other components included at delivery.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Aerosol sprays are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Discounted items can only be returned during offer validity.
  • The original invoice/receipt must be available.
Return Process:
  • Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at kuwait@dr-scent.com or via WhatsApp or phone at +965 9500 1599. Include your order number and reason for the return. The original receipt must be provided to return your product.
  • Inspection:Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Issuance:If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-14 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
  • If you haven’t received your refund in 5-14 business days, first double check your bank account again.
  • If paid by card , contact your card issuer, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
